It is submitted that PPO has been issued subject to the result of Diary No.30809 of 2024 (The State of West Bengal Vs. Sabita Roy).

The concerned Treasury Officer shall release the dues of the petitioner within a week from date upon the petitioner producing all necessary documents as required for receiving pension along with arrears. 3.

With the aforesaid direction, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

5.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

7.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
