The petitioners raise objection with regard to the conducting of Puja by Bhimeswari Yuva Chhatra Sangha. Objection raised by the petitioners is alleged to be kept pending.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the Sub Divisional Officer, Egra, Purba Medinipur wherefrom it appears that no permission has been given by the Sub Divisional Officer for conducting the subject Puja. 4.

The fact of non-issuance of permission shall be communicated by the Sub Divisional Officer to the Officer in-charge, Bhagwanpur P.S.

The Officer in-charge, Bhagwanpur P.S. and the Sub Divisional Officer, Egra is directed to ensure that Puja is not conducted without valid permission. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
