Petitioner renews prayer for bail.

There are serious charges of defalcation as against the petitioner. His earlier prayer for bail was rejected by the order dated August 01, 2022.

It is contended by the petitioner that the prayer for bail was not considered on merit.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner is the offences alleged.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials from the case diary and considering the fact that money which went out of the Bank is yet to be recovered in its entirety, we are unable grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. (DB) 3699 of 2022 is dismissed.
