Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the victim shows she was kidnapped when she went to the school and was ravished. She is yet to be examined.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5.

Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and the examine the victim at the earliest.
