Petitioners renews prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody over considerable period of time. Police filed charge sheet and therefore further detention of the petitioners are not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that as against the first petitioner there are 11 criminal cases pending and as against second petitioner there are 33 criminal cases pending. He further refers to the materials in the case diary.

There are number of criminal cases pending as against both the petitioners There is hardly any material change in circumstances from the earlier order of rejection.

Crude bombs and arms are recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

In such circumstance, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 3700 of 2022 is dismissed.
