For the State Considering the gravity of the alleged offence and the questionable role of the de-facto complainant as well as the fact that the complaint was made four years after execution of the deed, this Court is of the view that the prayer for bail may be allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each of like amount, one of who must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barasat. The petitioner shall not intimidate any witness or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.
