Petitioners renew their prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail was earlier rejected by a co-ordinate Bench on June 8, 2022 in CRM (NDPS) 543 of 2022 after recording of finding that, statements of witnesses and contemporaneous document show that narcotic substance above commercial quantity was recovered from the bus over which the petitioners and the co-accused had control and dominion at the time when the seizure was effected.

There is hardly any material change in the circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection on June 8, 2022. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 1246 of 2022 is rejected.
