Mr. Lal Ratan Mondeal .....for the petitioners 1.This is an application for expeditious hearing of Ejectment Suit No. 43 of 2022 pending before the learned Judge, XIIth Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

2. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the applications under sections 7(1) and 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997, the application under Order 26 Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure as well as one under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure Code are pending.

3. Mr. Mondal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners upon instructions submits that the next date for hearing of the aforesaid applications before the learned Court below has been fixed on 29th February, 2024.

4. In view of such submissions, C.O. 3411 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, XIIth Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to take up hearing

of the said applications on the next date fixed and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possibly but preferably by the end of June 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

5.There shall be, however, no order as to costs. 6.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
