Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

When the matter is called on, the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench ('Tribunal' for short) be directed to dispose of the pending Original Application expeditiously. He submits that the matter was admitted by the Tribunal on 13.12.2022; thereafter the matter has only been adjourned.

The orders annexed to the writ petition, however, do not support such contention as at least on two dates thereafter there is adjournment at the request of both sides. The two orders are dated 01.05.2024 and 10.06.2024.

We leave it to the writ petitioner to make a mention before the Tribunal for expeditious disposal.

There is no occasion for passing any order as prayed for.

The Writ Petition being W.P.C.T. No. 216 of 2025 is dismissed.
