Bose .....For the State Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the husband who is the principal accused was acquitted of the charges and she was not aware that she is also an accused in connection with the said case and very recently she has come to know that the case is pending. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to surrender before the jurisdictional Court being the Special Court. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State.

Having considered the prayers so advanced, I direct that in case the petitioner surrenders and appears before the learned Trial Court by 22nd February, 2023 and prays for bail the same may be considered in accordance with law. The execution of the warrant of arrest be stayed till 23rd February, 2023. In case the petitioner does not appear within the said period, the learned Trial Court will revive the warrant of arrest and proceed for issuance of the next harsher process of law.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 3913 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
