WPA 23546 of 2025 (Dipanwita Maity vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) Mr. Salil Kr. Maiti Ms. Dolon Samanta .... For the Petitioner K. J. Yusuf Kazi Sajjad Alam .... For the State Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner and report submitted by the State are taken on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner sent a complaint before the police authority on 12th July, 2025 complaining about a road traffic accident undergone by her son, no case was initiated pursuant to the said complaint.

It appears from the report submitted by the State that the complaint was received on 28th September, 2025 and Mahishadal police station case no. 412 of 2025 was initiated on the same date. Investigating is continuing.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

The same is accordingly disposed of.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
