The 'dying declaration' of the victim implicates all the petitioners in the incident of murder. The victim died out of burn injuries. The victim in her 'dying declaration' stated that the petitioners poured kerosene over her and set her on fire. In view of the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioners in the alleged offence, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (DB) 3702 of 2022 is rejected.
