Mr. Routh, learned counsel appears for the opposite party caveator and submits that the petitioner has not complied with all the directions contained in the order dated 16.01.2024. He submits that he communicated the said order to the learned counsel representing the petitioner herein before the learned court below.

Since the petitioner is not represented, the civil revisional application is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
