Mina Mr. Tarak Nath Sarkar Mr. Goutam Malik ..for the State It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that a sanctioned plan has already been granted in favour of the petitioner and, therefore, the petitioner has no subsisting grievance against Newtown Kolkata Development Authority. The petitioner, however, seeks a direction upon respondent no.3 for providing a duplicate copy of possession certificate.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent no.3 submits that the same will be provided to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date.

In that view of this matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 23833 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
