Mr. Supriyo Das ...for the Petitioner Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh, Ms. Sima Biswas ...for the State Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 21st November, 2019 passed in CRM No.10753 of 2019, the petitioner surrendered before the learned Court below and obtained regular bail. Upon completion of investigation, chargesheet has also been submitted. The condition as incorporated in the order dated 21st November, 2019 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders' was waived by an order dated 21st February, 2020 passed in an earlier modification application being CRAN 538 of 2020 and the petitioner was directed 'to meet the Investigating Officer once in a month'.

Learned advocate appearing for the State does not dispute the fact that the petitioner has complied all the conditions as incorporated in the earlier orders dated 21st November, 2019 and 21st February, 2020.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials on record, the conditions as incorporated in the order dated 21st February, 2020 to the effect that the petitioner 'shall meet with the Investigating Officer once in a month until further orders', is waived. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2021 is disposed of.
