It appears that the prime grievance of the petitioner that no FIR has been lodged on his compliant has been redressed. Not only an FIR was registered, but a chargesheet was also submitted. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the outcome of the investigation, he can take appropriate steps including filing a protest petition before the learned trial Court. No further order need be passed in this regard. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
