Two persons were murdered. The murder took place at the matrimonial residence of one of the victims. The other victim is the daughter of the deceased.

The post mortem report of one of the victims suggests that such victim was murdered by manual strangulation and the post mortem report of the other victim suggests that death was due to injuries suffered by the victim.

The petitioners before us are the husband and the father-inlaw of one of the victims. The incident took place in the house of the petitioners.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (DB) 3710 of 2022 is rejected.
