1. The Command Hospital has filed a report dated 18.11.2023.

2. It appears from the report that the petitioner is medically fit in Gyaecomastia (Lt) side. Let a copy of the report be made available to the petitioner as well as the respondents.

3. In that view of the matter, the opinion of the Review Medical Board shall stand set aside.

4. The respondents shall proceed to take further steps based on the medical fitness of the petitioner declared by the Command Hospital and complete entire process preferably within a period of one month from date.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There will be order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
