Having heard the parties and considered the materials on record including the Case Diary and in view of the medical report disclosing simple injury to the petitioner, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner shall stand released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties of like amount each, and subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating authorities and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever and on further condition that the petitioner shall not be seen at the place of occurrence i.e. the Panskura Girls' High School.

In the event the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions as enshrined above, it will be open to the Trial Court to cancel the bail without further reference to this Court.
