The claimed amount of Rs. 13,50,000.00 (CRR 3917 of 2022) and Rs.3,60,000.00 (CRR 3918 of 2022) have been paid to Tushita Properties LLP by a cheque issued by New India Retailing and Investment Limited on 06.05.2024. Tushita Properties LLP has received the said amount after full and final satisfaction. No grievance is left. The Photostat copy of said cheque filed in Court is taken on record.

Parties undertake to submit joint petition in the form of an Affidavit within Thursday(08.08.2024).

Let the matter be disposed of on the ground of compromise as the offence under Section 138/147 of the NI Act, 1881 is compounded in nature as per Section 147 of the said Act.

Accordingly, CRR 3917 of 2022 and CRR 3918 of 2022 are disposed of along with the connected applications.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent certified Photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance with all the necessary formalities.

Let the LCR be sent down to the lower court.
