1. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank files a copy of the concerned sales certificate. It transpires that it was recorded in paragraph no. 3 of the order dated March 06, 2024 that the sale certificate was dated February 20, 2024 whereas it should be February 27, 2024.

2. Let it be deemed that the said date in the order dated March 06, 2024 stands corrected accordingly.

3. The copy filed today be kept on record.

4. This order should be treated to be a part of the order dated March 06, 2024.
