Therefore, the application for anticipatory bail would not lie.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not maintainable.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to surrender before the jurisdictional court.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to surrender before the jurisdictional court and pray for bail. If the same is done within six weeks from this date, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
