Yunush Mondal ......for the petitioner Since the orders impugned are of April and June, 2022 and the prayer portion does not indicate the dates of specific orders, this Court is not inclined to entertain the matter during vacation. Since it is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the matter was last considered by learned Court sometime in September, 2022 and the matter has been made returnable on 30th January, 2023, the learned Court is requested to expedite the proceedings and fix an earlier date upon suitable application being made by the petitioner in that regard.

Counsel submits that the matter may be disposed of in view of the above direction.

CO 3259 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.
