On prayer of the petitioners, the name of the 3rd respondent be expunged from the cause title of the petition. The petitioners allege violation of an interim order of injunction granted by the learned trial Court by the private respondents.

On prayer of the petitioners, liberty is granted to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.

The writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
