The petitioner is a retired Assistant Teacher of Shyampur High School, District : Howrah. He is praying revision of pension in terms of Memo No.525-F(Pen)/N/F/1P-155/2022 dated July 19, 2022 issued by the Finance Department, Pension Branch, Government of West Bengal.

It appears that the employees of the Education Department are not covered by the said memorandum, it is only for the employees of the State Government.

The prayer of the petitioner is therefore misconceived.

WPA 23099 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
