Admittedly, the petitioner has been named as coowner by the father when former was about 13 years old. The writ petition is disposed of since the private respondent and his wife have been restored possession on the ground floor of the property.

Bagnan Police, Howrah Rural District shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and attend only to a genuine and substantial complaint from the petitioners.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
