None appears for the private respondent despite service.

Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioners seek implementation of the order of interim injunction passed by the learned trial Court in civil suits filed by them.

No step has been taken by the petitioners before the learned trial Court for implementation of the said order. The petitioners are granted liberty to take necessary steps for implementation of the order before the appropriate forum. The report reveals that the police authority is keeping strict vigil in the area to maintain peace and tranquility and to avoid any untoward incident.

In view of the above, no fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
