As such, the petitioner would not like to press for the same and would like to file a proper application on the self-same grounds.

On such prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner or the proprietor of the concern from filing a proper application afresh on the self-same grounds.
