He submits, appellant named in the appeal is one of the respondents in the writ petition, disposed of by impugned judgment dated 19th September, 2014. There has been delay in preferring this appeal, after which it was felt that all concerned respondents should be appellants. Therefore, another appeal was filed on delay, listed as item no.2 in day's list. He submits, his clients are interested in that appeal and if it is taken up, this appeal
