The appeal is delayed by 320 days. Mr. Dastoor, learned senior advocate and Additional Solicitor General appears on behalf of applicant praying for condonation of delay. He submits, appellant named in the appeal is one of the respondents in the writ petition, disposed of by impugned judgment dated 19th September, 2014. There has been delay in preferring this appeal, after which it was felt that all concerned respondents should be appellants. Therefore, another appeal was filed on delay, listed as item no.2 in day's list. He submits, his clients are interested in that appeal and if it is taken up, this appeal

his client will not prosecute. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondents.

In view of above submissions, the appeal and connected applications are dismissed.
