Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie show victim housewife was subjected to torture over demands of dowry. She committed suicide at the matrimonial home within four years of marriage. Investigation is in progress.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
