On a perusal of the reasoned order passed by the Bansberia municipality it appears that unauthorised construction being detected, order of self-demolition has been passed.

The petitioner seeks for implementation of the order of self-demolition.

It will be open for the petitioner to pray for implementation of the order in an appropriate proceeding.

In view of the above, contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
