The grievance of the petitioner relates to installation of CCTV Cameras at address being 17B, Dr.

Sarat Bannerjee Road, Kolkata - 700029.

The petitioner claims that her privacy as well as business is being jeopardized because of the presence of

such CCTV Cameras.

The petitioner, if she is in possession, will deactivate CCTV Cameras at 17B, Dr. Sarat Bannerjee Road, Kolkata - 700029.

If, there is any dispute arising out of deactivation of the CCTV Cameras, the police authorities would interfere to see that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place at the locale in respect of the issue referred to herein above.

So far as the report of the Burtolla Police Station is concerned, the same be also kept with the record.

So far as the other relief(s) are concerned, the petitioner and/or the private respondent(s) would approach jurisdictional forum concerned under the relevant provisions of the Act.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 23826 of 2024 is disposed of.

Let, copies of the reports be handed over to the learned advocate for petitioner and private respondent(s).
