Perused the contents of the revisional application as well as the impugned judgment and order which is reasoned. The petitioner has accepted a valid marriage between the parties.

This court does not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned passed by the learned trial court and as such the revisional application is dismissed. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. ( Ananya Bandyopadhyay,J. )
