1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the defacto complainant recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directly implicating the petitioner for violating her, we are not inclined to grand anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
