1. Md. Younush Mondal, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 1st August, 2025 passed in WPA 4608 of 2025, a reasoned order has been passed by the Pradhan, Aniya Gram Panchayat on 6th March, 2026. He files a copy of the said reasoned order, which is taken on record.

2. Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that the Pradhan, Aniya Gram Panchayat has not caused a proper enquiry prior to passing of the order. There still remains an existing structure on the common passage affecting the ingress and egress of the petitioner to his house. Therefore, the alleged contemnor should cause a further enquiry, thereafter pass the order.

3. It is found that by the order dated 1st August, 2025 passed in the writ petition, the alleged contemnor / the Pradhan, Aniya Gram Panchayat was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17th February, 2025. The reasoned order has already been passed by the alleged contemnor on 6th March, 2026.

4. In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 1660 of 2025 stands disposed of.
