Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Having considered the materials on record and the seriousness of the allegations and the involvement of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. We also find that there is no change of circumstances since the earlier rejection of the bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, C.R.M. (DB) 3729 of 2022 stands rejected. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
