CAN 1 of 2024 is an application primarily for correction of the order dated March 7, 2024.

In the 5th line of the paragraph no. 4 of the first page of the said order, the expression 'Rs. 10,000/-) shall stand corrected to read as 'Rs. 19,000/-).'

After the sixth line of the paragraph no. 4 of the first page, the following sentence shall be added, "The honorarium of Rs. 19,000/- is in terms of the memo dated 1st March, 2024 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal, Finace (Audit) Department.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated March 7, 2024.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

CAN 1 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

5.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
