Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits allegations in the impugned FIR are primarily directed against the husband. Allegation of abuse by the petitioner no. 2, mother-in-law of the opposite party no. 2 is vague and nonspecific. 2.

I have considered the allegations in the impugned FIR. In the FIR it is alleged that the husband demanded dowry and in an intoxicated condition assaulted his wife. In the FIR it is alleged petitioner no. 2 had abused the parents of opposite party no. 2. Investigation is in progress. Credibility of the allegations shall be gone into in the course of investigation. 3.

Hence, I do not wish to interfere with the investigation and qua the petitioners/accused. 4.

It is open to the petitioners to assail the chargesheet in the event they are cited as accused therein. 5.

With these observations, application is disposed of.
