The learned advocate for the respondents/Bank has filed a report in the form of an affidavit admitting the claim of the writ petitioner with regard to the anomalies in the date of payment of benefits upon the writ petitioner and the corresponding deficit in payment of the retiral benefits. The learned advocate for the respondents/bank is to pay a further sum of Rs. 180,966.88/- as claimed by the writ petitioner to be the deficit amount towards the petitioner's arrear salary( i.e. incremental and other benefits) since August 1993 to January, 2015 at the rate of 6 % per cent interest in compliance with the order 11.08.2014 within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Interim order if any stands vacated.
