1.This is an application for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 197 of 2021 pending before the learned Judge, 13th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

2. It appears from the record that November 21, 2023 was fixed for peremptory hearing of the said suit.

3. In view thereof, C.O. 3416 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 13th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of the Title Suit No. 197 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible but preferably on or before the end of September 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

4.There shall be, however, no order as to costs. 5.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
