1. This intra court appeal by the writ petitioners is directed against the order dated 12.09.2024 in WPA 19235 of 2024.

By the said order the learned writ court after taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances as well as the earlier orders passed, in writ petition filed by the very same writ petitioners/group of persons as permitted a peaceful demonstration be conducted on a particular day between the particular time.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the restrictions which have been imposed.

4. Undoubtedly, the learned writ court has taken into consideration all relevant factors and also bearing in mind that the inconvenience that will be caused to the general public, while permitting to hold peaceful demonstration has limited the number of

people who can participate and also fixed the date and time.

5. We find there is absolutely no ground to interfere with the discretion exercised by the learned Single Bench.

6. Hence, the appeal fails and stands dismissed.

7. The appellants are at liberty to approach the State authorities for change of date.
