For alleged contemnors Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned counsel Court No. 22 31.3.2023 (Item No. 7) (AB) appearing for the alleged contemnors submitted that by issuing a letter of recommendation dated March 13, 2023, the order dated July 19, 2018 wherefrom the contempt arose, stood complied. A copy of the said letter dated March 13, 2023 is taken on record. Mr. Shahan Shah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is also confirmed such submission of Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors.

In view of the above, this contempt application being CPAN 1011 of 2018 stands dropped.
