Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The private respondent had given work to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner hired a camera and took necessary photographs. Thereafter, the private respondent refused either to pay the petitioner or receive the work done.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. On the complaint of the petitioner, an FIR was registered. Notice under Section 41 A of the Code was sent to the address mentioned, but it returned unserved. The

Investigating Officer is taking help of the brother of the accused to get petitioner's actual address. They would also track phone location of the accused because a phone number had been given to the Investigating Agency.

Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

No further order need be passed in this regard at this stage.

With these observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
