This matter is listed for correction of the order dated 19th October, 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that instead of CRM (NDPS) 1262 of 2022, in the last line of the first page of the order, the number is wrongly recorded as CRM (NDPS) 1264 of 2022.

The last line of the first page of the order be read as CRM (NDPS) 1262 of 2022.

It is also pointed out by Mr. Ashok Das, learned Advocate for the State that his name has not been recorded in the order dated 19th October, 2022 and in his place, the name of Ms. Debjani Sahu was wrongly recorded.

In the order dated 19th October, 2022, the name of Ms.Debjani Sahu as an Advocate for the State be treated as deleted and the name of Mr. Ashok Das, an Advocate be treated as the Advocate on behalf of the State with Mr. Arijit Ganguly. This order be treated as part of the order dated 19th October, 2022.
