Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder and robbery. He had been identified in the course of TI parade examination. In view of the incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
