Petitioner has approached this Court since the warrant of arrest was not executed in connection with Complaint Case No.100 of 2020. The said warrant of arrest was issued by the learned ACJM, Katwa. Last of the order which has been enclosed is of 10th April, 2023. More than 2 years have passed since then.

In case the warrant of arrest till date has not been executed, learned Magistrate would through the superior officer of police ensure execution of the warrant of arrest.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23982 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
