Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 29th January, 2026 in paragraph no.4 mentioning the name of the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner as 'Mr. Santanu Maji' instead of 'Mr. Ritwik Basu'.

Let the name of the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner in the paragraph no.4 of the said order be read as 'Mr. Ritwik Basu' in place of 'Mr. Santanu Maji'.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
