The petitioner seeks relaxation of bail condition directing him to remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned P.S. and meet the officer in charge of the P.S. once in a fortnight until further orders.

It appears from the report that the petitioner has been complying with the bail conditions imposed upon him and nothing adverse has been reported against him. The petitioner resides under the jurisdiction of Raghunathganj P.S.

In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioner directing him to remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned P.S. (Suti P.S.) and to meet the officer in charge of the P.S. once in a fortnight are waived. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
