Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the identity of the victim alleged in a case under Section 376 of the Penal Code has not been hidden from the petition and its annexures.

The petitioner would not like to press this application. However, liberty may be granted to file an application afresh. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application on the selfsame grounds afresh.
