2. The application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 of the petitioners is pending inordinately before the concerned District Magistrate.

3. Accordingly, WPA No. 23140 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2, that is, the District Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur to dispose of the petitioners' application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 at the earliest, positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondent no. 2.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
